Hand Thrown Stoneware Pottery Bird House Snowflake Blue Cobalt

   A beautiful way to house your neighbors. This bird house was completely thrown on the potter's wheel in two separate sections (Lid and Base) and then high fire glazed in AVIOR'S exclusive snowflake blue glaze combination. This bird house is made of only the highest quality clays and glazes to ensure a safe, strong home for our bird friends. Great attention is given to every detail: such as easy lift top lid cleaning, drain hole on the bottom, and an entry hole specifically sized for many smaller birds such as the wren. A perch is specifically left off to prevent any threat from larger predatory birds. The whole piece is firmly held together by heavy leather cording and wooden beads to ensure a strong secure hold.

   The Snowflake Blue glaze combination is made with a solid blue body accented with a sky blue rim. This glaze combination emits a soft dignity, presentable outside any home.
