All orders ship directly from our studio located in North Prairie, WI. Pickup at our studio is always welcomed.
DAMAGE: DO NOT THROW OUT ANYTHING. IF YOU DO I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR CLAIM. In certain cases all materials will need to be taken to your local PO.
A claim MUST be filed w/in 48 hrs. for all received damaged goods. If products come damaged, retain all packing material and contact us via etsy conversation with the following:
Detailed description of the damage
3 pics of the damage, 1 of the piece, 1 of the packaging, 1 with the piece in the packaging.
Without the the pictures a damage claim will be refused. Upon completion of this a replacement for the damaged piece will be re-sent. If it was a one of a kind piece, pictures of the replacement will be sent for your approval prior to being shipped. Any other questions, please let us know.
